Some Important Information About DVD & Film Distribution

First, please note:

Our deal is non-exclusive though we do cover most outlets to get your film out into stores.
This is our way to discover new Independent films by professional film artists.
We are always looking for greater ways to promote and distribute films by our film makers.
We firmly believe that the artists should get paid for their work.

What we do for YOUR film:

We make you a free hosted web page at the on-line store. This is most efficient way to showcase your movie and sell your DVD to anyone around the world. We will display your hi-res image of your DVD/Video cover art, many important links to and from your website to our partner sites, text copy descriptions making up your liner notes and credits on the film, press reviews and press releases, bio information and any other pertinent information related to your film
We recommend your film to shoppers throughout the site where appropriate. We'll list your film in the genre categories that you stipulate in the registration process, and we'll link your film to others that we consider to be of similar interest to customers.
The member's area will show off your sales stats and customer information, real time accounting, all of your account info so you can make changes to your mailing address, bio, descriptions of your film, or ANY of the details that could need to be altered off your artist page. We also have a 24/7 live customer service area for any issues at all.
We handle all purchase orders, fulfillment, payment processing, shipping, customer service, and payments to your account (via PayPal or by Check).
Every time you sell a copy, your sales will be reported to VideoScan to track that sales on a worldwide level, that sale will also appear in your sales reports. We will also have customer information like the name and email address of the customer who purchased it, and that way it can be used for future marketing efforts. This is a great way to build a fan base.
We report your sales to VideoScan. VideoScan 's weekly POS data is one of the largest databases of VHS and DVD products in the country. Data is collected worldwide on more than 40,000 VHS items and 12,000 DVD titles.

NETFLIX

Netflix is the largest online DVD rental service, offering flat rate rental-by-mail and online streaming to customers in the United States. Established in 1997 it has amassed a collection of 100,000 titles and approximately 8.2 million subscribers. The company has more than 55 million discs and ships 1.9 million of them to customers each day, on average.
